To qualify for next day delivery outside of the postcodes above, simply order before 1pm. 

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you should receive tracking information from the courier to the email address or mobile number you have entered on your order. As our products are classed as perishable goods they cannot be returned to the courier depot for delivery at a later stage. Please ensure somebody is home to collect your order, or update your safe place with the courier accordingly. Mersey Raw is not liable and accepts no responsibility for orders that have been diverted or left in a safe place therefore please ensure somebody is available to accept your delivery. 

Yes, we are very proud to say we are! We recognise the love you have for your dogs and pets so you can rest assured knowing that we have all the safety requirments in place to ensure your pet is in safe hands!

We believe that all dogs benefit hugely from a raw-fed diet, however, it may require some weaning regardless of the age. We recommend introducing 1 protein into your dog's diet for several days and then gradually trying different minces each week.

We also offer puppy minces if you would like to try a finer mince for smaller puppies!

We have a selection of minces including complete minces, bone-free minces and offal-free minces to cater to all breeds and ages. All product ingredients are listed in the product description. You can also use the filter feature on our minces page to easily navigate.

Supplements are a great way of boosting vitamins and minerals however it is likely that your dog is getting all the nutrients they need from the raw food. We always encourage you to feed a variety of meats and minces if you can to ensure that all of these nutritional values are met.

By signing up to our subscription service you are receiving 10% off every order.

The subscription option allows you to add as many or as little minces as you like to your order and at what frequency you would like to receive it. Your order will then automatically regenerate on the frequency you have selected. You are able to update and change your subscription yourself without the need to contact us - you will receive an email to create a login once you set it up. A minimum of 3 orders must be completed before you are able to amend or cancel your subscription.

• Offal free minces 90% Meat 10% Bone
• Meat only minces – 100% Meat

Our products are designed to give your dog a well balanced mixture of essential oils, healthy fats and lean protein.

We recommend you transition your dog from their regular diet to a raw diet over a period of time to let their stomach properly adjust. It is best to start by introducing one protein to your dog’s diet over several days, then trying new proteins each week.

You may also wish to introduce this with their regular kibble to start, gradually decreasing the amount of kibble and increasing the amount of raw food. Please consult our transition guide for more information.

All of the raw minces we sell here at Mersey Raw offer numerous health benefits to dogs. However, chicken does tend to be a common food allergy or intolerance in dogs, so we recommend consulting your vet if your dog shows any signs of a reaction to chicken.

If they do, we still have plenty of alternative proteins and treats for them to enjoy!
