To qualify for next-day delivery outside of the postcodes above, please order before 1pm. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you should receive tracking information from the courier to the email address or mobile number you entered at checkout. As our products are perishable, they cannot be returned to the courier depot for redelivery. Please ensure somebody is home to collect your order or update your safe place with the courier. Mersey Raw is not liable for orders diverted or left in a safe place; please ensure someone is available to accept delivery.

Yes, we are DEFRA approved. We recognise the love you have for your pets and have all required safety measures in place so you can rest assured your pet is in safe hands.

I am feeding raw for the first time, how should I introduce it and how much should I feed my dog?

Accepted Answer

Most dogs benefit from a raw-fed diet, but some weaning is usually needed regardless of age. Introduce one protein for several days, then gradually try different minces each week. We also offer puppy minces for smaller puppies. Our Raw Dog Food Calculator can guide portion sizes—use it as a guide only and weigh/record your dog regularly.

Are all of your minces complete? Do you offer boneless or offal-free minces?

We offer complete, bone-free, and offal-free minces to cater for all breeds and ages. All product compositions are listed in each product description.

Should I feed my dog a variety of minces? Do I need to add any supplements?

Accepted Answer

Supplements can boost vitamins and minerals, but many dogs get everything they need from a varied raw diet. We encourage feeding a variety of meats and minces to cover nutritional needs. We also sell bone broths to add or feed separately.

Subscribe to receive 10% off every order. Add as many or as few minces as you like and choose your frequency. Your order will regenerate automatically on your chosen schedule. You can manage your subscription via your account login. A minimum of 3 orders must be completed before you can amend or cancel.
