How does delivery work?
Mersey Raw is proud to offer frozen next day delivery 7 days a week.
Frozen next day delivery costs £6.95, or is free if your order is over £65.
The cut-off for next day delivery is 1pm.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive tracking information from the courier to the email address or mobile number you have entered on your order.
As our products are classed as perishable goods, they cannot be returned to the courier depot for delivery at a later stage.
Please ensure somebody is home to collect your order, or update your safe place with the courier accordingly.
Mersey Raw is not liable and accepts no responsibility for orders that have been diverted or left in a safe place.

I am feeding raw for the first time, how should I introduce it and how much should I feed my dog?
We believe that all dogs benefit hugely from a raw-fed diet, however, it may require some weaning regardless of the age. We recommend introducing 1 protein into your dog's diet for several days and then gradually trying different minces each week.
We also offer puppy minces if you would like to try a finer mince for smaller puppies!

Are all of your minces complete? Do you offer Boneless or Offal-free minces?
We have a selection of minces including complete minces, bone-free minces and offal-free minces to cater to all breeds and ages. All product ingredients are listed in the product description. You can also use the filter feature on our minces page to easily navigate.
Should I feed my dog a variety of minces? Do I need to add any supplements?
Supplements are a great way of boosting vitamins and minerals however it is likely that your dog is getting all the nutrients they need from the raw food. We always encourage you to feed a variety of meats and minces if you can to ensure that all of these nutritional values are met.
Do you accept returns?

How do Mersey Raw subscriptions work?
By signing up to our subscription service you are receiving 10% off every order.
The subscription option allows you to add as many or as little minces as you like to your order and at what frequency you would like to receive it. Your order will then automatically regenerate on the frequency you have selected. You are able to update and change your subscription yourself without the need to contact us - you will receive an email to create a login once you set it up. A minimum of 3 orders must be completed before you are able to amend or cancel your subscription.
