This company needs to provide better communication between when orders are shipped and delivered. I spent money on 4 products which were never received and no refund or redelivery. Got told would arrive Monday so waited in, then got told Tuesday but couldn’t wait in as had to work so items went perishable. They need to give clearer idea of delivery days if items are perishable and at least care about their customers rather than keep their money for items that are never received. Will look elsewhere, its the only company I have ordered frozen dog food from where I have encountered this kind of experience. Very dissappointing unfortunately.
